Vegan platter with XO dipping sauce

A great selection of savoury vegan snacks, including 4 jackfruit, soya and sesame toasts; filo pastry cones with hoisin flavoured vegetables and filo pastry parcels with mixed vegetables.

Ingreadient :

    • 240g pack vegan Asian selection
    • 190g jar Cooks’ Ingredients XO Style Sauce
    • ¼ x 25g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Coriander
    • 1 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Black Sesame Seeds

Direction :

    1. Cook the vegan selection according to pack instructions.
    2. Meanwhile, spoon the XO sauce into a dipping bowl. Trim the ends from the coriander and place the sprigs into a bowl of iced water until ready to use.
    3. Arrange the vegan selection on a platter, dry the coriander and scatter over with the sesame seeds, then serve with the dip alongside.
