Ingreadient :
- 1 Essential Little Gem
- 180g No.1 Prawn Cocktail
- pinch Cooks’ Ingredients Paprika
- Essential Salad Cress (optional)
Direction :
- Separate, wash and dry 6 large leaves from the Little Gem. Finely shred the remainder and divide between the lettuce leaves.
- Top with spoonfuls of prawn cocktail and sprinkle with a little paprika. Scatter over some of the cress, if using, to serve.
