Creamy raita is usually served as a side to an Indian meal. This recipe includes cooling mint and cucumber with a little kick from the addition of cumin and chilli powder.
Ingreadient :
- ½ cucumber
- ½ pack 25g mint, leaves only, roughly chopped
- 0.24 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- 250g Greek yogurt
Direction :
Grate the cucumber. Squeeze out the excess liquid, a handful at a time, then put in a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve straight away or cover and chill and use within X days.
